Japan Study Tour
 
At JMA Consultants Inc. (JMAC), we arrange 5-10 study tour missions to Japan for company executives across the globe every year.
The activity is a one week tour of 3-4 best practice manufacturers plus a 1-day seminar at our Tokyo Head Office. Visits to the manufacturers consists of an introduction of their business, a shop floor tour of their operations and a mix of training and Q&A sessions with managers at selected sites.
The theme of the tour could be, for example, lean management. Thus the focus of the shop floor tours and training/Q&A sessions may be the company's application of lean thinking.
